Surrogacy
In the modern world, the problem of infertility has become very urgent among married couples. If the desired pregnancy does not occur within 1 year of regular sexual activity, then the couple is considered infertile. The reason may lie in both the man and the woman’s health. In the case of female infertility, modern medical alternative methods may solve the problem, one of which is surrogacy. And for many families, this is perhaps the last chance to find the happiness of motherhood and fatherhood.Surrogacy is a type of IVF in which embryos grown 'in vitro' are transferred not to a genetic mother, but to a specially prepared woman who will bear the baby until birth. Accordingly, the surrogate mother is the woman who takes responsibility for your baby for the period of the intra-uterine development. Even if it is impossible to obtain germ cells from genetic parents, they can still become a full-fledged family through the use of donor material. Thus, modern reproductive technologies allow the couples who could not have children at all to become parents.
Due to the large database of candidates for surrogate mothers, we do not have a waiting list to join the program.
The surrogacy program includes the following stages:
- 1) Synchronization of the menstrual cycles of the genetic mother (or oocyte donor) and the surrogate mother.
- 2) Ovarian stimulation of the genetic mother (or oocyte donor).
- 3) Puncture of ovarian follicles of the genetic mother (or oocyte donor).
- 4) Fertilization (IVF or sperm injection into the oocyte cytoplasm) of oocytes of the genetic mother/ donor with specially prepared sperm of the husband (partner)/ donor.
- 5) Cultivation of embryos.
- 6) Embryo transfer into the uterus of a surrogate mother.
- 7) Pregnancy and baby delivery of a surrogate mother.
Stages 1-5 may not be present in the program using previously cryopreserved embryos.
At the end of the program, the surrogate mother gives the child to its parents/parent with official parental rights to the baby.
